Who You Are:

  • You have 10+ years of experience in media planning & execution.

  • You have experience leading cross-functional teams from strategy to execution.

  • You are an expert in digital channels and have proficient knowledge of offline channels.

  • You are collaborative and know how to activate a team’s strengths and passions.

  • You are excited by opportunities to present to high-level clients and potential clients.

  • You are organized and detail-oriented in your approach to seeing projects through from start to finish.

  • You are excited to find new ways forward and create solutions - if there isn’t a plan, you make one.


What You'll Do:

  • You’ll lead and grow our media practice, mapping out and executing against short, medium, and long term goals

  • You’ll oversee the media strategies for redpepper clients.

  • You’ll oversee the progress of all media activations.

  • You’ll guide our media strategists and buyers in strategic development as needed to ensure seamless media activation for all projects.

  • You’ll manage a cross-functional media team and collaborate across the agency, including with creative and new business teams.

  • You’ll ensure data powers our media from strategy to execution to optimizations

  • You’ll participate in new business pitches as a subject matter expert and client partner for all media activity.

  • You’ll spearhead media growth training, ensuring the agency as a whole stays up to date with important media trends and best practices.
